Marco Caparrós, Artist – Shaman, was born in baza, granada in 1965. His first memory related to artistic inspiration was a summer day in which, playing with his friends in the alameda park of his city, he was pushed and fell into an octagonal fountain, he was fascinated looking around, inside and outside … Remembering that he even swallowed a fish … That causality must have been the one that has given his work and his life a strong bond with the water.

Marco has natural rebellious skills that have led him to move, to search and finally find himself on different surfaces of life. His natural condition is that of a pure and free artist. His work, whatever it is, emits and transmits a healing peace vibration to those who contemplate it. Multidisciplinary artist with an eclectic aesthetic vision in which he alternates with absolute mastery different techniques and formats and links different expressive galaxies and nebulas of content in several very different series formally and thematically. An artist, who stands out in the current scene for his originality and independence.

In 2004 he travels alone to Mexico and Guatemala where he lives an initiatory experience of death that leads him to have a multitude of incredible mystical experiences and after reconnecting to his primordial self, he awakens to a world of infinite possibilities accessing where the subtle is located and vast library of thought, developing and experiencing sleeping abilities that connect it to the magic of the nature of being. His work becomes a co-creation between the artist and his essence where he connects with information that has nothing to do with what he has learned.

This ability to convey his vision of the world is evident in the PRESENCE intervention. In this risky proposal he will combine his painting with other disciplines such as dance, music or performance, developed by himself or in collaboration with other creators.

PRESENCE is an exhibition project in which the artist Marco Caparrós transforms a museum in his own studio, where he lives the artistic experience he has in his life, offering the visitor the opportunity to know his work in addition to his complex and magical creative process.
