PORTALS ON THE SAND: an art happening

Proyecto Dracula & Friends invite you to the isle of Formentera for Portals On The Sand happening July 28- Aug 1, 2023. A group of talented artists, inspired thinkers, poets, healers, musicians, astronomers, synchronized swimmers, entrepreneurs, moonbathers, thespians and more—are gathering as an ensemble to experiment, connect, and create on the sand. Our headquarters is Can7, an artist residency/creative society on an undeveloped stretch of Playa Mitjorn beach, a UNESCO heritage site that’s perfect for swimming, connecting with nature, and relaxation. The Happening is meant as an immersive, participatory experience. You too are an artist, which is what makes this gathering particularly delightful and different from an art fair, a festival, or a party. Programming will include theater, DJ’s, live music, blue lotus journeys, cave sound journey, stargazing, improvisational fun & games, and who knows what else. All you need to bring is an open mind.
